Meghan Currie uses deeply inspiring language to call upon our souls, cradling us in bliss throughout her delicious Vinyasa and Yin classes.
We met again last December in the sacred time between the years and rode the wave together from 2018 into 2019, carried by breath and these deeply moving words.
Our sweaty morning and melty evening practices were wrapped in blissful sound by Cellomano and Baptiste Sojourne - transcendental tunes taking us on a deep journey into the self. Truly heavenly Yoga, combined with abundant Mama Bali vibes, -so spicy and nurturing and cleansing...leaving us wrung out and spacious, ready for the NEW.
This journey is always particularly deep, moving and transformative – some combination of all of these elements makes magic happen and every year we leave feeling fully tuned in and connected to source.
